Return and Refund Policy

At Pluvi, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for details on returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Please note: All purchases and subscriptions are considered final. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are not able to take responsibility for packages once they have been marked as delivered.


How to Submit a Return or Refund Request

If you need to request a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@shoppluvi.com.

We can only accept returns for damaged or faulty items. If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, it's crucial to report this as soon as possible to ensure that we can take appropriate action.

When reaching out, be sure to include:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the issue (if applicable).

We aim to respond to all requests within 7 business days.

Once your return or refund is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your items back to our facility in their original packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept unconfirmed returns, so be sure to wait for our approval before sending items back.


Clothing Return Policy

We can only accept returns for damaged or faulty items. We offer returns on clothing items under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original clear packaging

  • Return Window: Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or shipped in error

  • Non-Returnable Apparel: Beauty products, Bodysuits, Face masks, Intimates, Jewelry, Swimwear, Wholesale orders

  • Not accepting international return requests.

Conditions for Returned Items

Pluvi will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a produced product in case of:

  • Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

  • Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

  • Product is created, but not yet shipped - In case, you wish to cancel the order while it is still in the status "Accepted", but the product has already been prepared by the fulfillment team, we will not be able to cancel and refund the order. 


Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we’ll process the refund to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
